Yeah! When you roleplay, you show the type of person you want to be f you suddenly fell into a land of war with dragons, giants and the personal favourite, snotlings! In my mind, roleplaying as a greenskin will prove a challenge- but then in my mind Batman and Darth Vader have a fight and Chuck Norris wins.

If you squint really really hard, you might find a few...or you might just close your eyes. Seriously though, oceanic RPers seem to be hard to come by. Yours is the 3rd guild I've come across, and that's counting both sides (although I'm not entirely convinced one of those 3 really is RP).

At the moment I'm with a dwarf RP guild, but I'm seriously thinking of turning to the dark side, simply because I love the shaman career so much...that and my guild doesn't seem particularly active. Three members who don't seem to grasp that we have less than a month to go and the guild still needs a lot of work (and members) and me feeling like I'm on a sinking ship despite liberal application of foot to ass (bashing stuff makes them work, right?).

Is Oceania really that light on RP though?

Four! There's four RP guilds. I forgot about one. So three Destro to one Order. My point still stands though.

I agree, roleplayers are hard to come by and thats why we are not going to be hardcore roleplay. Who knows what Ruinous will evolve.. or devolve into Currently there are only 5 of us in Ruinous and I'm under no illusions that we will be a big or even medium sized guild come release. I do not think oceania is really that sparse on roleplayers as such, a lot of people will still be playing WOW and not actively looking around to join a guild pre-release. I do think that if... or should I say 'when' Warhammer shines more and more people will play, and increasing the RP numbers, atleast that is what I hope

We are some friends who have met and played together in some other mmo's. These forums are very new but it has plenty of space to be filled up with sections for each destruction sect. So at present these forums aren't very active either, but that will improve.

And like Zaka'sith says, we're going to be more of a social fun guild with a roleplay friendly atmosphere. Lets be honest, with a new game most people will generally be going their own way, exploring and progressing through warhammer at their own pace, which is great!

All I can say to you Llokki is, do what you want to do. If you feel like joining us to try out the destruction side of things feel free to do an App. That way you will then be able to log into the members section of the forums and put your own thoughts or info here if you so desire. If it works out that you do not think this is place for you then move on and do what you like, easy going here.

I think I probably will give you guys a try...just not quite yet. I'll feel better leaving if I can at least find someone to replace me, and finish their book of grudges (or at least the start of it). That and I'll need to find myself some body armor and a helmet to defend myself against the things they're sure to throw at me once they find out I'm not only leaving the guild AND defecting to the other side, but I'll also be playing one of their worst enemies. Or maybe I'll hide behind one of you big armored guys . Whatever works

Also, if there's anything you want to know about the game from a beta player's point of view, feel free to ask. As long as it's not under the NDA, I'm happy to answer to the best of my ability...

Heya Llokki, yea will have to sign up to get access to the rest. And yes please do an app. Inregards to still being part of the other guild, it doesnt bother me. Its totally up to you, but I'd prefer that once Warhammer releases you decide where you want to be. Do an app, join up, if you end up liking it here stay, if not I'll wish you all the best for your Warhammer future.

Hehe, I think my defection is somewhat fated. Right after I told you guys I wanted to get someone to replace me first, I found that not one, but four new people had joined (well 2 atm, but they've promised 2 more are on the way). Even better than that, I was looking for a good last name for my character and came across one. First goblin last name that comes up....'Stuntietricker'.

Last names? Cool! (Yes I have been ignoring Warwiki somewhat) Well mine will be Newarm or something with "Arm" in it- wait how about Army! Or Armpit or- *trails off into mumbles and squeaks*
